Challenge - Ask for Feedback from Your Coworkers

I know that many companies hold their performance review cycles sometime during the first quarter of the year (i.e., Q1). Your upcoming evaluation will be based on how well you have done during 2020, and there are only four months left.
If your employer is like every other employer I’ve encountered, they will base your annual performance on three key components:
Your manager’s final review
Of course, you could wait, roll the dice, and see how your performance assessment turns out. Most people do that.
However, if you’d like to take control of your career (i.e., create an Invincible Career), you don’t take such a passive approach. You get ahead of things.
You proactively find out how your manager feels about your performance this year. You ask your coworkers for input on what has been going well or not so well. You uncover any issues or concerns that might impact your manager’s perception of your performance.
