Challenge - Find a Panel Discussion
đ It's an easier way to start speaking and networking - Issue #190

I was recently talking with someone nervous about public speaking. He said that it was also challenging to find opportunities to speak at an event or conference.
One of his blocking issues is that he wasnât sure what he should talk about. He didnât feel like he had enough material prepared to create a solo presentation.
In previous newsletters and articles, Iâve mentioned that speaking on stage is a better way to network and connect with people than the traditional âcocktail party networking.â It sets you apart from the crowd and lets you showcase your knowledge, which entices the right people in the audience to engage with you later after your talk.
However, if youâre stuck, canât decide on a speaking topic, and donât have a framework for a talk, how can you still take advantage of these benefits?
Thatâs where panels come in.
