Challenge - Make Your Career and Business Antifragile
🚀 How quickly can you adapt, survive, and thrive? - Issue #162
"Antifragility is beyond resilience or robustness. The resilient resists shocks and stays the same; the antifragile gets better." — Nassim Nicholas Taleb
Last week, I said that you might need to pivot your profession or small business in response to the pandemic and quarantine. If you lost your job or are at risk of shutting down your business, you must find a better employer or find ways to move your business online.
It is valuable to be robust and resilient. People who can quickly adapt will be the ones who survive the downturn.
However, it is even more powerful to become “antifragile.” As pointed out in Taleb’s quote above, if you or your business are antifragile, you won’t merely survive in a crisis (e.g., our current pandemic).
You will thrive.
