I’ve had a year to think more about this problem, work with clients who are struggling with stress and anxiety, and manage my own issues and struggles with depression. I still use all of the techniques that I shared last year to manage my symptoms. But, I’ve found that it's better to head them off at the pass earlier. Purpose, meaning, and fulfillment. When you have this, you can keep going and push through almost anything.

This really resonated with me, as I've truly been struggling to get through the day in my current supply chain/purchasing position. I believe I have identified my calling, and mostly pinned down a purpose, now I just have to figure out how to get from point A to point B. Yikes!
