Welcome to 2021! I don’t think I’ve ever been more excited about a new year.

I will be taking a new approach to your professional challenges. I know that it was a bit overwhelming to have so many new challenges coming up every week. Many people fell behind and didn’t make it through everything.

This year, every month will have a unifying theme, and the challenges for that month will support it. The exercises will be related and build on each other.

For example, the month of January is about your goals and plans for 2021. So, each week we will be talking about your overall goals, quarterly and monthly goals, your plans, new habits, and accountability to make sure you achieve them.
